1. Services
Wrench Studio provides automated Facebook Marketplace posting, AI-generated vehicle descriptions, social media posting, and optional Facebook and Google ads management for used car, motorcycle, and boat dealerships.
2. Account and Access
You must provide accurate and complete information to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Payment and Subscription
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, no refunds or credits are provided for partial months, unused time, or downgrades.
Subscriptions remain active until the customer cancels them directly using the cancellation link or instructions provided in the payment confirmation email. We do not cancel subscriptions on behalf of customers.
Additional optional services may be billed separately and are also non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
4. Dealer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and legal inventory information.
You grant Wrench Studio permission to post on your behalf on Facebook Marketplace and social media accounts as part of the service.
You are responsible for compliance with Facebook, Google, and other platform policies.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your inventory data and content.
Wrench Studio may use AI tools to modify and enhance your listings.
You grant Wrench Studio a license to use, post, and promote your content as necessary to deliver services.
6. Limitations and Disclaimers
We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee results, leads, or sales.
Service availability depends on third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook). We are not liable for outages or restrictions imposed by these platforms.
We disclaim all warranties except as expressly stated.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wrench Studio and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the service or your violation of these terms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of terms or misuse. You may cancel your subscription anytime.
9. Changes to Terms
Wrench Studio may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
